Hello
We are exploring setting up a men’s shed and are keen for it to be self-sustaining. Do you have any information on sheds as self-supporting entities or do you know of any that are, or plan to become self-supporting, that you could put me in touch with?

we are a not-for-profit agency in Auckland NZ.

Hi Mary. You may care to contact David Dean from the Diamond Harbour Men’s Shed (David.Dean@lincoln.ac.nz). He is doing some research into making his Shed self-sustaining. This is quite revolutionary stuff, and if you can get a self-sustaining Shed going, I would be pleased to profile it on the web site. Good luck with your project! Martin
